The cut-off date for making your reservations into this room block is Monday, February 2, 2009. Reservation requests received by The Westin after 5:00 p.m. local time  on the cut-off date will be accepted on a rate- and space-availability basis. We suggest that you make your reservations early since for the past few years the block of rooms has sold out prior to the cutoff date.
