The Circuit Court, Anderson County, J.C. Nicholson, Jr., J., granted attorney summary judgment. Worker appealed. HoldingsThe Court of Appeals, Pieper, J., held that the application of Tennessee's election of remedies doctrine, precluding workers' compensation suit in Tennessee, was not foreseeable by attorney.
